Credit Card Processing Tips

  • Verify your personal information, including the billing address associated with your credit card. 

  • When using a business credit card, verify personal information PLUS enter the Billing Name and Billing Address associated with the business card used. 

  • Assure that all fields in the credit card section are completed accurately.

  • In the event that you receive a “Decline” message you will see a hold on your credit card for the amount purchased and it should drop off in 3-5 business days.
